Ive got a book from NHS which is quite helpful of my journey through pregnancy women. It tackles about the complete guide to A healthy pregnancy, labour and giving birth and the life with my new baby.

Good thing, I have something to read as Im quite unaware of this kind of thing as its my first time. Its better to gather more information and read the book rather than without knowing about what is good or bad,do's or dont, allowd or not allowed and the risk for being pregnant.

I know its not that easy, but only God knows what will happen next. It is a gift from God and we should treasure it.
Somehow, I searched on the internet as well and read different kinds of information about Pregnancy. There are some stories which is quite interesting as well and you can relate the situation. Well I guess every woman or every mother have different kinds of stories through thier journey of being pregnant.

I have my own story as well...ehhehe.

I have nothing to do, so bored life here. So I decided to do something to make my life worthy,,lol. I just make a salad as in vegetable salad. I used to be vegetarian when I came here coz my hubby loves to eat vegies. He's like a rabbit, eheheh Likewise, I like vegetable as well, I guess I need to eat more vegies than meat. I feel getting fat now, so I have to be careful.

Honestly, my mama likes me to get chubby but I dont like it, I like slim and sexy,,,haha. Lately, I always bought meat, and used to eat for my tea. Same food I used to eat in pinas, like adobo, guisado, grilled ribs...whaaa what a meat lover. Later then, I notice my tummy's heavier and have a little baby fat. Oh, I cant dare it, I bet I need exercise.

Anyway, I like the vege salad I make, my hubby bought all the ingredienst needed and he helps me to make it. Quite easy anyway and all the ingredients are raw except the boiled eggs. If you want to know the ingredients, I make a list here:

• --cooked ham
• --boiled egg
• --pickled onion
• --beetroat
• --coleslaw
• --cheese & bacon quiche
• --grated cheese
• --lettuce
• --tomatoe
• --onion stalk
• --cucumber
  
• --shrimps--salad cream(light calories)

Its easy to prepare and it's healty food and makes you enjoy eating. This is very suitable for a vegetarian people like me now. ehehe Alright, its time for me to eat my salad now.See yah

Ever since I got my own PC in the house, it's easy for me to do anything. Just only one click and I have the information right away. It is very helpful to me and I'm at ease, no need to go to internet cafe just to search for something. I did a lot of search and I learned a lot, later then I found out something new. These past few days, Im a little bit unwell, as what I have say about my latest post that I suffer severe headache. During my relaxation, I came across to read my users guide notebook regarding using computer. Ever since, I didn't take time to read my users guide handbook from the start. I felt bored being away from my lappy, so I spent my time in reading.

While reading, I noticed this tips and information for comfortable used of computer. It says, "Computer users may complain of eyestrain and headaches after prolonged used.Users are also risk of physical injury after long hours of working in front of a computer. Long work periods, bad posture, poor work habits, stress, inadequate working conditions, personal health and other factors greatly increase the risk of physical injury. "

Precisely, it strongly defines about my headache, this is exactly what I feel. So I guess its time to change things, its time for C as in Change not Clear na shampoo huh! ehehhe. Somehow, change things by following this some tips. Find the comfort zone by adjusting the viewing angle of the monitor, using a footrest, or a raising your sitting height to achieve maximum comfort. Or,

• refrain from staying too long in one fixed posture,
• avoid slouching forward and or leaning backward
• stand up and walk around regularly to remove the tsrain on your leg and muscles
• take short rests to relax your neck and shoulders
• avoid tensing your muscles or shrugging your shoulders
• install the external display, keyboard and mouse properly and within comfortable reach
• if you view your monitor more than your documents, place the display at the center of your desk to minimize neck strain

Definitely, this is really conforming to a great standard of achieving the comfyness. So if you feel any discomfort in using your computer, you better make a moved and apply this simple tips, so that we are free from any physical disorders. Consequently, you must develop a good work habits to make your computer use more relaxing. Take a short breaks regularly and often perfrom some stretcing exercises. Breathe fresh air as often as possible and exercise regularly and maintain a healthy body.

So far, this things are very helpful in some ways. I officially follow this for my own good, I just share this tips for somebody who doesn't know yet. If you know then, spread the word. heheh.

I was just received something from my hubby which he called it rock as in like a stone but it can be eaten. He ordered something for me as a souvenir while he was on his trip in Blackpool. In the rock has my name on it. Dont know if that's the spelling anyway, I just wondering why every breaking the bits my name appeared, I thought it's at the edge only. I just play on it, as I dont like to eat it, theres a reason behind that makes me stop eaten. What a unique one anyway. Actually there's a toffee also but even just a little bite I dont have a chance, coz you know why?---------secrrrrrrrrr... btw oistt. Dont tell anyone plssssssss.lolz. You might not believe me but guess what? the package that I recieve is open yet eaten too. lolz. Only the cartoons left inside. Make a wild guess who eat....ahahha. But it's okey Im still lucky still leave some for me. ewwwwwwwwww.. But when I told my hubby, he say "No good" daw,,,, he will not send me again if thats the case...Huhuhu...Anyway, it's okey better buy here nalang...

Im glad, at last I got my first payment in PPP, which I post last month. Just waiting for only a month and glad at last they paid me. Im inspired to make more post , I hope they give me more opps to take. I guess all bloggers have PPP and Im glad that Im one in a million memebers in PPP. I really notice that it's the best way to make money and monetize your blogs. At first, I thought I never have a chance to make money on my blog cause I dont have an idea on what ways but through my narrow search in this blogosphere, Im inspired and envy thier sites that they always make money on thier blogs. Glad Im back after such a long time that I wasn't be able to do anything on my lappy. Im not happy every time I open my laptop its always say problem loading or rather server not found. Oh Gosh!, Its my first time to encountered a problem in my connection. When my hubby was here with me, he is the one who make an effort to fix the problem, since he's not here now, so I'll be the one to solve this problem.

The next day, I tried to open my lappy again just hoping it was the problem loading of the site. Unfortunately, it's still the same with the other day. So I make a move as I can't stay like this, I missed being online. I tried to ask an information on how to solve this matter to some friends online, but they can't help me. I ask my brother too but he has no idea on how to solve it nor my hubby couldn't even help me as he is far away, he's in London at the moment. So I did my best to fix the problem but I guess my best wasn't good enough. Then I make my last option, I ring my internet connection and thanks God it's a great help. Now I will make another move to visit all of you who visit me while I'm lost in space.

A "Gasing" or top spinning is a popular game nowadays. This is the traditionl games for Malaysian in the past. They believed that Gasing contest were held during the rice-ripening season and would help them bring a good harvest.

This is the most favorite pastime of my brother after he came from school, and I doubt he played it in school too. Being caught him playing this on the yard, Im really worried of the possible consequent event. Mostly young child play these gasing it's widely known here as kasing. One time I warned him not to play, but he's totally hardheaded, he dont even listen to my mum. So Im trying to steal his gasing but I didn't make it. What I did is persuade him to barter something, hence, he's a little big bro. now so he is not contented of chips. I did buy his gasing to make him stop playing. But oh, I did a first step, as every journey begins with a first step, so I make my move I did steal his rope. So that he can't play the game. These really makes me worry too much coz Im concerned about him and he might be accidentally hurt anybody. So who will be the responsible of the medicine expenses and the hospital bills of course yours truly. So before that happens I make my move to stop him doing this game anymore.

We really dont know what will happen having played these thing on. So I really pressured my brother not to play this game anymore. As I hear different kinds of issue about these game. A young man just watching and he get wounded on her head after another young child spin on. It is possible to hurt, really, as it have a sharp edge on the end. There's a nail on the center of the sphere shape of the wood and they twirl the rope around the ball and spin on the plain area. So the inevitable occurs that can be harmful to anybody even just watching.

Im pretty success of stopping my brother not to play, Im glad he's not playing anymore. Though this game is just a seasonal game here in our country but Im concerned and protecting and evading not to caused any trouble for anybody. Im just sharing a small topic that makes me concerned for anyone, so if everyone does please refrain and evade not to hurt someone else. Though it's popular in other countries but it's a game with a price maybe, or they do it for their traditions but some here are just playing without knowing for the positive outcomes. Playing gasing just for fun and enjoyment is just a waste of time. It would be nice to play Gasing or top spinning with dedication or something playing with a hint of winning for the price. It would be a waste of time playing for nothing and may caused harm. So before causing any harmful effects much better to evade.

Ever since in my whole life, I never see a striped iceberg. Im having search of fun on the net, and this image caught my attention. Its unbelievable that there's a stripe iceberg. But its possible in some countries, the history of this iceberg was occur in antarctic area, they are formed due to layers of snow that react to different conditions. When an iceberg fall into the sea, a layer of salty water can freeze to the underside and if this rich in algae it can form a green stripe. Not only green stripe, there is blue,brown, black and yellow stripes also. A new study has revealed that flip phones can cause very serious side effects to the reproductive development of young children. So keep away all flip phones out of reach of children.

Funny to look at the picture, but behind it there's a message to be aware of the positive outcomes. If it prevents even one injury to an innocent child, it will have been worth to be aware.

I post this image not for being funny Im just concerned about. As you can see it really hurts to get flipping on, especially on the delicate parts of our body. So dont let children playing on a flip phones.

For some mommies who have baby and you have flip phones, you better keep it away from children. Just for the sake of safenesses, and remember prevention is better than cure...right?

Isn't nice to have a pillow like that? Obviously, looks funny indeed but quite nice and it would be nicer if I have something like that. So that I can still feel my hubbys hands wrapping around me. Its perfect to those who are far away from their love ones like me. Now, Im start looking in the mall, a pillow with matching arms. ahehe!

This enables us to go beyond the situation. It is like flying high and looking down below and we'll be able to see things clearly and also be able to fly across the barriers very easily.

All I need to do when I am tired of the situation I am going through is to take some moments of silence to remind myself of the power within me.

When I get detached and watch the situation as I would watch a play I would be able to enjoy each thing that happens.

This detachment gives me the power to understand the situation accurately and overcome all obstacles.
